We could not recommend Emma more. We found Emma when she was officiating at a friend's wedding which was stunning. Emma was our wedding celebrant then. She was so person centered and took the time to get to know us, our personalities and our journey as couple. She incorporated all this into our ceremony to make it very personal and intimate. Emma was also a calming force on the day and set a wonderful tone in the room with all our guests. Her positive demeanor put everyone at ease. She engaged on a human level with everyone she met. She would be a wonderful addition to any wedding ceremony

We are still floating on air after our wedding! Emma made the day so special, and we really felt that she brought joy, and gravitas to the occasion while also creating a very relaxed atmosphere. We are so glad that we asked Emma to be our celebrant. Emma, thank you for making our ceremony so personal and for reacting so positively to our children and their needs. Many of the guests thought that you were a close friend because the ceremony was so tailored to us and I think that speaks volumes to the amount of preparation you did and the connection you created on the day. Emma conducted our baby naming ceremony. She was brilliant - she listened to us and took our suggestions on board. It was a very special occasion in our home. None of our wider family or guests had ever been to a humanist ceremony and they were all very impressed by meaningful it was. Everyone remarked on Emma's warmth and professionalism. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding celebrant than Emma. She was so easy-going and put absolutely no pressure on us at any stage, which made the whole process really enjoyable. She gave us loads of options to choose from for the ceremony, so it felt completely personal and “us.” On the day, Emma was incredibly warm and welcoming, and she made sure to include all our special touches — even our leopard print candles! Emma married us in 2024. One of my friends had recommended her, and I'm so greatful she did! Emma's approach was perfect for us - we had an initial Zoom chat with her so she could understand who we were and what we wanted from our ceremony, and she asked loads of questions that I would have never even considered. For example, I'm American and my husband is Irish, and she already had an understanding of traditions in both cultures and got us thinking about what we wanted to include from both. She sent us on lots of suggestions and examples of things she's included in the past, and we crafted our ceremony together to make it super personal to us and create the tone we wanted to set. It was the perfect mix of letting us decide exactly how we wanted it to be, but giving loads of guidance and suggestions so we could benefit from her experience. On the day, the ceremony was perfect - we wanted something light and funny, and heartfelt and very, very us, and that's exactly what it was. Our family and friends kept saying it was one of the best ceremonies they'd ever been too. The joy and laughter set the tone for the rest of the day as well. I would 1000% recommend Emma to anyone looking for a Humanist ceremony that is personal, memorable and well-thought out. Also, she's a really cool person too - we loved working with her!

We cannot recommend Emma highly enough as a wedding celebrant! From our very first conversation, Emma put us completely at ease. We wanted our ceremony to be personal, emotional, and full of love and laughter, and Emma delivered all of that and more. She guided us every step of the way, especially when it came to preparing our vows and the ceremony script. We honestly had no idea where to start, but Emma made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Her advice and support were invaluable. On the big day, Emma was absolutely wonderful. She helped calm our nerves and made us both feel relaxed and ready to enjoy every moment. Seeing her outside the chapel before walking up the aisle was such a comfort - she reassured me and made sure I knew exactly what to do and she really squashed my nerves. One of the most special moments of our wedding day was a voice message I organised from our 4-year-old daughter to be played for her Daddy and our guests. Emma helped to co-ordinate everything perfectly - she introduced the message so beautifully and made sure everyone was quiet so they could all hear it clearly. It’s honestly one of our favourite moments from the day. Emma brought a fun, warm energy that set the perfect tone for our wedding. We are so grateful to her for being such a special part of our celebration. If you are lucky enough to have Emma as your celebrant, you will not be disappointed. We can’t recommend Emma highly enough. She came recommended to us and from our very first intro call she was so down to earth, warm and instantly put us at ease. As an Indian–Irish couple, it was really important to us that our cultures were respected and thoughtfully brought together, and Emma was so open, curious and inclusive from the very beginning. In the lead up to the wedding she helped us with our vows, gave great suggestions on timings, and her communication was excellent throughout. It genuinely felt like one less thing to stress about. We were really delighted with Emma as our humanist celebrant at The Millhouse in Slane. From the start, she was easy to deal with and took the time to understand what we wanted from the ceremony. Emma absolutely made our wedding day. From our first meeting with her we knew she was the perfect fit, she made us feel really relaxed and made the whole process of creating our ceremony easy and joyful. She also made the extra effort of chatting to family and friends before the ceremony and weaving details into our ceremony that she had only gathered on the morning of the wedding, as well as all the info we had discussed together. I'd highly recommend her as a celebrant if you are looking for a ceremony full of warmth and heart. Our families still talk about how big a part she played in setting the tone for the day.

What can I say about this special person Emma. She is AMAZING. We had Emma as our celebrant in Trim Castle in November 2023. We first came across Emma at my cousin's wedding in 2021 and as soon as I seen her , both myself and the hubby to be wanted her as our celebrant for our day as she had such a warm presence about her. I got her details off my cousin. The wedding plans started and we booked our venue. The second person I contacted was Emma and prayed she was available for our date and she was. The stars were aligned and it was meant to be. Since booking Emma she was brilliant with organising the ceremony. She let us pick whatever we wanted and her input was so valuable. On the morning of the wedding she came to talk to me about what the ceremony was going to be like. She talked to the hubby also to tell him all was going to be ok. She took away all the nerves and was just the best. Before the ceremony started she came to talk to me again and really helped in a messy situation with the flower girl who was 2 at the time and wasn't having any of it 😅 Emma could see this was causing stress as we were running late, She helped with the baby and eventually we got under way with the ceremony. The ceremony was so beautiful and mostly down to Emma. There was laughter from everyone as well as tears. But Emma brought humour, joy and her beautiful spirit with her. Some people say they remember certain things about the day, mine was my ceremony and how Emma delivered. I can't recommend this lady enough. She really is so kind and special and will make your day as special. She's considerate and helpful and also so supportive in all of your needs for your big day. Any couple who get this woman are very lucky.
