Benjamin did a fantastic job installing our new digital lock. He was professional, efficient and showed great attention to detail throughout the installation. Everything was fitted neatly and securely, and he took the time to make sure it was all working perfectly before finishing up.

Ben is not only professional; he’s polite, respectful, friendly, reliable & his work is very clean. He’s also meticulous - he fixed a little scratch from his previous visit & he said “it was bothering him”, I hadn’t even noticed it… Highly recommend Ben.

Had Ben install an electronic strike today, and was thoroughly impressed with the service and skill shown. He demonstrated amazing carpentry skills and took great time and care installing the strike. The finished product was amazing and he even got the rounded corners of the plate to fit snug within the door frame. I will be using him now whenever we need a strike installed at a clients. He even core drilled out a 40mm hole in my bricks for a rescue key override switch. This too was perfect without any chips and will result in a perfect flush finish.

Always a stressful experience if you get locked out of your house. Benjamin answered the phone call I made to him and put me at ease saying he would be at my property as soon as he could even coming before another job he already had booked in before I called. He was very polite and also professional asking me to show proof that I lived at the property before spending a whole of 30 seconds max Opening the property. In a world of scammers Know that Benjamin is reliable, friendly And professional as well as reasonably priced.
