I have been a homeowner for over 30 years, this has been by far my best experience with a plumber. Ray is such a great man and has great ethics!!! He replaced 4 toilets, tub , shower hardware and new hardware for my master bath vanity. I had a problem with one of the toilets ( totally my fault) Let Ray pick out your toilets!!! lol Ray went out of his way on a Sunday and came in and replaced the toilet at no extra charge. If you are in need of a plumber call Ray I guarantee you will be satisfied. Thanks Ray for all of your hard work!!! Very satisfied customer Lee M Martin!!!

I am located in Atlanta, just outside midtown. He was able to make it out same day. Found the leak, which was on the other side of a concrete slab just by listening. His experience is awesome and saved a ton of time and energy. Once leak was validated, he was able to resolve quickly. have since leveraged him for repairing a leak in a drain pipe I caused and installing a tankless water heater. He was always professional and conscientious.

I needed a leak repaired on Sunday afternoon. It was nice to be able actually get someone on the phone rather than go through tedious online bookings especially when you need same day service. The repair tech arrived in an hour. Repair was completed in 30 minutes.
