I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this dental office. It has been nearly three months, and I still cannot get anyone in billing to properly address my issue. I’ve repeatedly asked them to contact my insurance company directly because my claims keep getting denied due to missing information. Instead of taking action, they continue to leave voicemails asking me to call them back, which completely misses the point. Meanwhile, every time I speak with my insurance, they tell me the office has not provided the necessary information. Because of this ongoing lack of follow-through, my claims remain unresolved. I’ve since gone to a different dental office, had two appointments (most recently on 3/25), and those claims have already been processed and paid without any issues. That contrast makes this experience even more disappointing. I paid upfront at this office and was told I would receive a refund, but due to their lack of communication and inaction, that still hasn’t happened. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and unprofessional experience.
