I came in on a Sunday after a filling fell out, mainly because of the pain and sensitivity. I was charged a $195 fee just to be seen, which I understood going in given it was an emergency situation.
After X-rays, the doctor told me I needed 3 crowns and a root canal. I had just been to my regular dentist a month prior and knew that diagnosis didn’t match up. When I declined treatment and explained this, the assistant was dismissive and just said “well, this is what the doctor wants to do.”
I followed up with my regular dentist the next morning. The only thing I actually needed was a crown on the tooth where the filling had come out, the same tooth I went in for. No root canal, no additional crowns needed.
I also couldn’t help but notice we overheard the doctor in the next room giving another patient a nearly identical treatment plan, also recommending a crown.
I paid $195 for an assessment that led to a wildly inflated treatment recommendation. If you’re considering this office for an emergency visit, I’d strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major work.

I have never left a dentist's office in tears before. I broke a crown this morning and was able to push it back into place to get through work, then booked with this clinic to get it fixed. My crown was completely intact aside from the hairline crack and I was told it should be easy to fix. Without insurance, I paid $195 for X-rays and an exam, and was told that they would identify any other issues so I could work through them, but the focus would be my crown. When the doctor finally saw me though, she ignored the problem tooth despite me pointing it out many times, repeatedly acted as though I experienced no pain despite me telling her MANY TIMES, and ultimately told me there was nothing wrong with my crown and all they could do was a total replacement. I repeatedly explained that it was no longer attached and was being held in by pressure and nothing else. The doctor tried to convince me that my tooth was fine. I started to cry. I was told that if I *pulled the crown out of my mouth* they could cement it back in. I said that would hurt, I was told that was my only option. I clarified, "You're saying you'll fix my tooth if I rip it out of my head without any pain meds?" And the doctor shrugged and said yes. My fiance attempted to step in, which made the doctor throw up her hands and WALK OUT OF THE ROOM, telling me she would help me if I calmed down. I refused to be gaslit and lied to, so I packed up my things and left in tears. My fiance attempted to talk to someone inside about potentially refunding ANY of the wasted money, and the tech caught an attitude and tried to make her feel stupid. Not sure what I did to be treated in such a horrific way, but I'm shocked to see this place has so many positive reviews. There's not an ounce of patience or compassion between any of these so called professionals. By the way? Still haven't fixed my crown. Thanks so much.

I was able to get a same-day appointment for an exam and extraction. Dr. Nwizu and JJ were both very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. They made a stressful situation much easier and provided excellent care. I greatly appreciated their professionalism and compassion.

Had two teeth break ion a weekend. Was able to get in on a Sunday afternoon for an emergency root canal. Staff, Dr. Marshall, Monica and the entire office was wonderful!! Helped me figure out financing and took excellent care of me! Highly recommend !

As someone who has had their fair share of bad dental experience, the folks here made me feel taken care of, calm, and heard. Their front-facing concern for the patients they serve is evident in their tones and demeanors. I hate that I had to come in on a Saturday, but I’m thankful that these were the people taking care of me today. The dentist and techs were all very knowledgeable and explanatory. I’d recommend this place for dental emergencies any day.

Got me in quick as a walk-in granted I was at the door for opening. Didn't take my insurance but that's how it is, staff was very nice. Extremely convenient to be open on weekends
