I’d noticed the main drains in my garden were overflowing for an over a week. Called a local plumber who had been doing work for me the week before. He then passed johns number on to me. By the time I’d phoned John he was here within the hour and fixed the drains. Will use him again. And recommend him to anyone.

John is someone you can trust to give you an honest assessment of the cause of the problem, in my case it was water seeping into the cellar. John helped us clear a very stubborn and difficult drain blockage, one that had been troubling us for six months (and was seemingly not addressed by the previous owners of our home). The job involved dealing with some Victorian plumbing and we had a few unexpected challenges along the way. After considerable effort, John cleared the blockage, to the point that a toilet we'd been unable to use at all was able to handle five houseguests staying for three days. He handled everything in a competent, professional and extremely conscientious manner, for which we are very grateful.

A Sunday morning and I had an issue with my bathroom sink draining into the drain of our walk in shower drain causing the waste water to overflow on to the shower floor.
