Best scalp massage I’ve gotten in Vietnam! I’ve been here for 3 weeks and I’m sad I found this place on my last day! The receptionists Tina & Jenny were so warm and welcoming! Hong, my hair therapist, was so good with her hands! Highly recommend this place

Our family of 4 visited Emerald Spa today. So far we had this is the best spa we’ve been to. We each had different packages specific to what we needed. Very relaxing. The facility is clean and quiet. The staff we had were My, Tuyen, Trang and Nghi. I would come again.
We did come again for a last massage before leaving. Emerald’s receptionist (Jenny) is so friendly. She provides excellent service and always has a smile when greeting us.

The receptionist Joanne was very helpful and inviting. I had a full body massage done by Hong and it was amazing. I proceeded with the facial done by Ngan and it definitely revitalized me and loved the overall experience. Thank you

While we had no reservation, my friend and I were treated with the best hospitality. The receptionist Jenny was super accommodating and made sure we were treated well. I had a minor headache from neck strains and Ngan really helped my muscles relax. Would recommend a visit if you want to treat yourself!

I had a wonderful experience at Emerald Spa – Hair & Wellness. I chose the 3-in-1 package.
The session included a massage, a full-body massage, hair washing, and a very soothing shoulder and head massage, as well as facial masks and facial therapy. Everything was done with great care and attention to detail — warm blankets, soft cushions during the hair wash, and an overall feeling of comfort and relaxation throughout the entire experience.
My therapist, Nghi, was excellent — very professional, attentive, and highly skilled. I felt completely taken care of during the whole session. At the reception, Jenny was very kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more pleasant.
I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and truly pampered. Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back again.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Emerald Spa – Hair & Wellness. I booked the 3-in-1 package, including a body massage, hair wash, and additional treatments, and it was pure relaxation from start to finish.
The whole experience lasted around two and a half hours, and every minute was amazing. The spa is very clean, calm, and well maintained, which immediately makes you feel comfortable.
My therapist was Trang, and she was truly excellent — very professional, attentive, and highly skilled. The massage was deeply relaxing, and the hair treatment was just as wonderful. I felt completely taken care of throughout the entire session.
At the reception, Jenny was extremely friendly and welcoming, making everything smooth and pleasant from the moment I arrived.
Overall, this was a fantastic experience. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back again. Thank you so much!

I went to Emerald Spa for the 60min facial and loved the experience. Communication was excellent! The staff makes sure to explain all the steps of the treatment. The facial was very gentle and truly relaxing. Would definitely recommend!
