Matthew was exceptional! We had several pipes leaking throughout the house which Matthew took care of easily. He was able to get to us within a couple of days. Matthew arrived on time and kept us informed.
He was knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely call on him again if needed.
Update March 5th 2024
Had to call on emerald plumbing again due to an issue with our kitchen faucet and pipes to the sink.
As usual, Matthew was terrific. He was in constant communication prior to his visit as well as during the visit. He is knowledgeable and professional. Took the time to put down tarps on our floors since it was raining so hard. He removed all the debris and packaging.
Stay tuned....he will be back again next week for a boiler tune up
Boiler tune up on March 12th. Very happy with the work. Once again, Matthew was terrific. Kept us informed throughout the visit and provide exceptional service.
Update 4 30 2024
Once again, we were able to rely on emerald plumbing and heating to get the job done. Matt is the ultimate professional and makes sure the job is done correctly. He spent several hours yesterday updating our old boiler and hot water heater. Finally had hot water after 2 days without it.
I can't say enough good things about Matt. He is knowledgeable and professional about all things related to plumbing and heating. Thank you Matt.
Update 3/12/2025
Another great job by Matthew. Lost heating and hot water, contacted Matthew just before closing on Monday night and he was here the next day.
Took care of the boiler and heat and hot water restored!
In addition, he fixed one of the pipes that was leaking at no extra charge.
He is professional and knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything.
2026 Another year, another tune up. In addition, another leaky pipe in the basement. Jimmy and Jacob did a great job. Jimmy did the tune up first, then investigated to find where the leak was coming from. He called Jimmy in to bring a new pipe to replace the one leaking.
Both Jimmy and Jacob were great. Professional, friendly and methodical in their attention to our issue.

Another leak today, march 30th, this time the main line for our bathroom. Jacob showed up on time, actually a little early and did a great job. I've never had one bad experience using Emerald City. Thanks to the team for always being there for us!
