the house in swansea was lovely, just as listed! everything you need and in a really good location for where we needed to go. parking was easy to get however it is on a massive hill so just be aware anyone who still drives a manual😂 brilliant price too and Gavin was super quick to answer any questions and to help out with connecting to the TV. thank you!

Gavin's apartment is one of the cleanest and he was very responsive whenever we had question or needed help. Close to all amenities and the park. But the cherry on top is the host's communication and experience and would definitely recommend anyone to come stay here!

House looks just like in the pictures. Staircase is steep - not an issue just more of a need to know.Had some cleanliness issues when we checked in. Gavin was very responsive on this issue and would have had people out right away but we said because it’s Christmas don’t worry about it.Our main issue with this house is the heating. It is run by Nest which we have at home. Every time we would go out or go to sleep it would set itself to 9 degrees. So each time we came back, it was cold.I honestly don’t expect much, but clean and heated, in December, are 2 dealbreakers for me.Gavin was not able to fix the issue, and in the end noted that it was to save money. He ended with ‘I don’t know how to fix it, sorry.’He also made a point of telling me that ‘no one else had ever complained about it’ which has zero bearing on whether it’s working for us or not. I sent photos to Gavin. He knows it wasn’t working.As a property investment company, I was disappointed. Won’t stay again.

Very Comfortable stay in Swansea. Near to the bus station and supermarkets. Everything was available, Gavin is a very welcoming host. We had a family vacation and it was hassle free, relaxing and beautiful location. Would like to stay here again when we are back in Swansea.

The house was clean and tidy and in good condition. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was lovely.Gavin was a great host and very responsive, he even took the effort to have a video call with me and guide me through the heating.The lake across the road is lovely to wake up to and nice to go for a walk and has a fun playground for kids.I would definitely stay again!

Not suitable for anyone above 60 years. ☺ Nothing really. ☹ It is a terraced house. Steep uphill for us and for the car. The entrance is accessible via steep steps. No parking near the property so we parked at a distance and carried our bags uphill. You cannot close the door in the bedroom closest to the bathroom.

Gavin is a really nice guy and we booked his place when we were in a really bad situation from another local home which wasn’t prepared when we arrived late in the evening. The home is warm and inviting and very well equipped.comfortable beds. We’re able to cook meals in and then explore the area with easy connections. Parking is ample and easy and the street is very cute and local. We will stay here again when we return. If you are considering a few local places just pick this one as I promise it’s the best!
