Downside: Have to pay an additional monthly fee to have the AMC Security app on our cell phone. That is a bummer after such a great experience

Impossible to get in touch with. They open after I already go to work and close before I get home so it is impossible to have any kind of tech support. Contacted several times. Was told that a technical support person would contact me within 15 minutes. Never heard back from them. Contacted them again and was told the same thing and once again never got a call back. Their service is horrible. Not worth the effort, energy or money.
Also, when I spoke with a tech rep I was told that EMC will now support EUFY doorbell camera, so I purchased one, and now I’m being told that it is not the fact so now I’m out of money for a doorbell I cannot use and will most likely not able to return. There is some sort of breakdown in communications between the sales and tech department because I get conflicting stories every time I call.

Ayubu was excellent! He was thorough, professional and very competent. Instread of replacing our keypad he cleaned it and we were able to see the digital codes. He thoroughly inspected our alarm system and had batteries changed out in two motion sensors. Great work!

Needed a tech (Joel) to come out and repostion 2 of my door sensors. He provided a courtesy call before coming out, and went promptly to work on my ticket. He provided insight on what he was doing, and also gave me a few pointers on how to troubleshoot door sensor issues. Great job all around, 👍🏾.
