Have had service with them for a couple of years. In that time, we have had nothing but problems. We have spent over $4000 in repair bills and the system still does not work correctly. The monitoring itself is not expensive but their repair bills will break you. As a side note…. Always ask to make sure they are not billing you for emergency service if they come quickly, even during the day. Emergency service is super expensive. There are other options out there for sure.
Todd Replaced my front door connection that had failed. Tested all-of my smoke detectors upstairs and down, which I really appreciated. We also tested my pendent, and I am glad we did because i was not holding down the button as I should have been to signal I required assistance. I have been very pleased with my switch to EMC to replace ADT in 2017.
Wesley came out and fixed the problem very professionally and courteously.
He went beyond expectations and tested the smoke alarms while onsite.

Very disappointed in there customer service, I am a brand customer and can’t get anyone to reach back out to me, I’m already having some small issues, guess they don’t care about their customers especially their brand new customers.. maybe this review will light a fire under backsides and someone will actually reach back out to me.. reached out the other night and haven’t heard from nobody .. this is not a company I want to have my security with if they are just going to ignore my inquiries.. Not a very good first impression as a new customer..

The technician, Ellijah, came on time as promised, he was very professional and knowledgeable. I had a conversion and new installation of EMC security equipment at my home. Ellijah took his time and did not rush to complete the job, he was very patient, respectful, pleasant, and easy to talk to. We have had good service for years with EMC Security in our old home. We were glad to find it available in our new home in a different county with billing bundled with electric service. The signup and installation were easy. The technician was very helpful teaching us how to use the new and improved technology.
