I helped my cousin, whom had relocated to Australia as child, apply for a copy of his birth certificate. I tried to do this myself at first as his family member and was turned away. I found Embassy Services online and asked for their help and received an amazing and efficient service from them, Emma McEneaney was amazing, informative, patient and so very helpful. My cousin has received his Birth Certificate and is now able to move forward with his plans. Thank you Embassy Services and thank you Emma. I definitely recommend Embassy services for anyone having a hard time getting a birth certificate or similar.

We have used Embassy Services several times for unabridged birth certificates and documents that required to be Apostilled as we live and work internationally. They are prompt in their communication, friendly, helpful, very professional and trustworthy!! Even though we took the express option of 21 - 28 days, we received the document within 14 days! When I moved Dubai, The Embassy Services were incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and all the staff were very helpful. I got my university documents attested for the UAE and they helped me make the process seamless, helping whenever I had any questions. Many thanks to Embassy Services for helping expedite my unabridged birth certificate processing.... i must have made over 50 calls and sent emails hoping to get in touch with somebody at SA Consulate/Embassy in DC, all my efforts were a total failure, nobody ever picked up the phone, just awful and disgraceful!! After having sent in my application in DC and waited for over a year, till right now as i'm writing this review i still have not heard anything from the consulate/embassy in washington DC. They are totally incompetent and a major disappointment doing the public disservice. But as soon a i got in touch with Embassy Services in Edenvale, South African, it only took atleast 4 weeks.....the exact timeline as they had estimated. i sent them the required documents, there was no hassle it was a quick turnaround. They shipped my package to me in FL USA and i received it expeditiously with no issues. This was an outstanding and efficient service from Embassy Services and i am greatful to you all. so if you have any doubts about their services trust me' They are fantastic and excellent, absolutely great for business.
