A MUST for all food lovers.
The price is way above the price as compared to others in Siem Reap. However it's is so so cheap compared to Singapore where I come from.
I read the comments from the one rated this place with only 1 Star.. I can only comment that he/she must be the competitor or person vengeful of the owner. Every comment made was false.

La calidad de la comida es excepcional, bien elaborada, equilibrada, una cocina innovadora, digna de estrella michelin y hemos comido en unos cuantos. Los tiempos entre platos perfectos. La Srta. La fue la responsable de nuestra mesa, con un trato, amabilidad, elegancia y profesionalidad exquisita.
Realmente nos sorprendió todo, pues fue de un altísimo nivel.
Nos gustó mucho el detalle de la Chef Kimsan, pues pasa por todas las mesas a saludar a los comensales. Algo que los grandes cocineros hace tiempo dejaron de hacer.
One of the best restaurant experiences we've had in a very long time. The service was incredible, every dish was 10/10 and the herbal pairing was such a unique idea and so well executed. My wife's new favourite restaurant. Wish they sold the candies, would have had to buy a few boxes. Can't wait to come back.
Fabuleux! Top niveau. Tout était savoureusement délicat, recherché. Présentation incroyablement magnifique. Service attentif et pro. La cheffe vient à la fin demander si tout s'est bien passé.

We had a curated Cambodian meal that was honestly just superb. The food was surprisingly michelin star class and the wine selection was lovely. Don't miss this!!

Modern Spin on Tradition
Had an excellent experience here! I’ve been eating Cambodian food for ten years and I’m not an expert but it was exciting to see the chef and her team take inspiration from tradition and rethinking dishes into modern interpretations. We had a shot of duck borbor (congee) espuma that was both a hit of nostalgia and innovative, and pure flavor. However do note the menu changes seasonally. The staff and service were extra warm and committed to making sure we had the best experience. Highly recommend!

A tasting menu to rival and 3 star Michelin chef.
A truly wonderful experience unexpectedly in the middle of Siem Reap. Our first dish was an amuse bouche whilst waiting for our table. Then we were taken into the kitchen to meet the staff and have our second dish. Our meal was continued at the table with innovative pairings of flavours and textures. At the end the chef came to meet us and we were sent on our way with some macarons. If you are in this part of the world this is something not to miss.

50th Wedding Anniversary dinner at Embassy… what an experience, food, staff and ambiance was excellent.
First visit to this restaurant and what an excellent experience. Food was amazing paired with good wine, staff were excellent especially Chorn hocurn who looked after us. Visiting the kitchen and receiving a gift from the chef was a highlight. Also some extra treats which made our 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration even more memorable.

Просто невероятное место! Вообще не ожидал, что такое есть в Камбодже. Начиная от встречи, заканчивая финальными подарками - все сделано на уровне мишленовских звезд. Вас встречают, провожают в зону ожидания и дают приветственную вкусняшку, потом провожают на кухню, где знакомят с поварами и дают еще вкусняшку. Я взял сет, очень вкусный и сытный, но если не наедитесь, вам принесут добавки. Мне принесли еще десерт и второе блюдо, те мне очень понравились. После этого вам приносят еще 3 мини подарочных десерта, потом дарят подарок: минименю, 2 макаруни в прикольном пакете. Очень сильно, мой рекомендасьон
