The two housekeepers showed up promptly at the appointed time. They were very pleasant and courteous. They worked diligently for the 4-1/2 hours that they were in our apartment. I do wish that they spoke some English. However, they had Google Translate on their phone, and we managed.

The communication and services with eMaids are excellent. The staff are friendly and eager to do a good job. We have two small dogs and they can work around them with no issues. It's a pleasure to come home to a sparkling clean apartment serviced by professionals who are insured. I recommend you give them a try if you are looking!

Easiest five star review I've ever written. These folks are professional, thorough, and have great communication from the front office. That they have competitive and/or lower prices is the icing on the cake.

eMaids really came to the rescue for me within 24 hours of my needing a cleaning to take place. The lovely cleaning person assigned to the task was hard-working, efficient, and detail-oriented. She and I discussed what needed to be done and the best ways to go about it, and I was left with a spotless apartment! I will be using their services again, for sure.

From the moment I scheduled my appointment with Nora, their friendly and efficient coordinator, to the final walkthrough with the team of 2 cleaners Sarah and Carmen, every step of the process was seamless. Nora was incredibly accommodating in finding a convenient time for my cleaning appointment and provided a transparent breakdown of the pricing, at $249 For my 2000 Sq Ft Apartment which I found to be very reasonable given the level of service provided. When Sarah and Carmen arrived at my home, they wasted no time getting to work. Their attention to detail was truly impressive as they meticulously cleaned every corner of my space. From dusting to vacuuming and everything in between, they left no surface untouched. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by eMaids. They exceeded my expectations in every way, and I will definitely be booking with them again in the future.
