I can’t say enough good things about Eliany Castillo and her cleaning service!!!!!! She cleaned for the entire allotted time, which has unfortunately not always been the case with other cleaners, even when I’ve paid for the full 3 hours!
Eliany was extremely thorough and took care of things that no other cleaner I’ve ever hired has done before. Every detail felt addressed, not rushed or surface-level. My apartment genuinely felt cleaner after her one visit than it has after using 3 or 4 other cleaners combined in the past. I think this is really important/valuable since we're trusting these people with our homes.

I have been using Emaids for a long time. In that time I've always had a good experience with reliable cleaning services that get the job done. In particular this last service I had was related to a deep clean for a move out. I was very impressed; it was basically spotless. Even the walk through I got compliments on just how thorough a job they had done on cleaning the place before I handed it over, resulting in a perfect checklist and no issues or concerns at all. Lili Diaz did a fantastic job.
Elainys did a phenomenal job with my entire apartment! She was extremely on time, nice and kind. I just moved into a new place and it desperately needed to be deep cleaned. It truly shined and smelled great, thank you for your hard work!
