I was quoted $225 on the phone for a time of 1:00 - 4:00pm. They arrived at 1:15pm and stayed until 5pm. I was then charged $360, and they did not clean the whole house. The back porch and main bathroom were completely missed. They said they would need to come back and finish, but I’m not hiring them again for another $360. I intended on only spending $225. That’s why I went with eMaids and not other cleaning services. Oh well. They did clean some, but I feel foolish because I could have done what they did. I will do the rest of the cleaning myself.
