I used this company for a 1 time clean! Never again. The woman they sent was new to their company & she did an awful job. She didn’t touch 1 of my bathrooms & barely cleaned the other one She completed 1/4 of the long list of things she was supposed to do- their list, not mine. She dusted shelves but never moved items -only dusted around pictures. She didn’t clean baseboards! She didn’t move anything on kitchen counters when wiping them down. They were dirty. The owner blamed me, his client, bc they had to drive an hour & use gas when he took me on as his client. He implied I was expecting too much for my 371.00 This must be a joke They are not a good company & I feel I was scammed Owner was scammed too bc cleaner lied to him & she did & will hurt his business I will let people know exactly what went down at my home Prob one of my worst experiences with a company

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a cleaning service. I've used many over the years and booked a one-time cleaning for my sister's birthday present. The estimate was $300 for a full house cleaning. I told my sister in advance so she would remove any clutter to make the cleaning easier. I was at the house in the morning and it looked good- the same condition I would leave my own for a cleaning. The house cleaner arrived (there was only one) and started cleaning the kitchen. We left the house so we wouldn't be in the way and about 15 minutes after I got a call from the owner. He said five hours would not be sufficient and that they needed more time so requested I pay for more hours. I told him that I was not interested in more hours, just please do what you can with the allotted time given. Five hours later we return to the house. The cleaner never even finished the kitchen. Not another room was touched in the house. I called the owner and he was insulting and embarrassed by sister by saying her house was dirty. It was in no worse of a state that anyone's home would be in when requesting a cleaning. The cleaner spent all her time cleaning the CLEANING PRODUCTS my sister had underneath her sink. It was outrageous. Due to this I was only charged $200. I should not have been charged even that much. This company is a bait and switch and only wants more money than the estimate. I was incredibly unhappy and warn anyone against using their service. They will not perform that service they are hired for. They have not responded to me since this complaint. STAY AWAY. It's no wonder they were available on such short notice.

I called last week for a deep clean. Rajeev, the owner, answered the phone promptly and got me scheduled within the week. Diana came out today and did a fabulous job. Our house looks great! I loved that Rajeev came out to greet us and introduce Diana. He made sure that she was good and had everything that she needed. (It's always good to see an owner actually care about their employees).

Employees unprofessional. Poorly managed. Pray for K. The husband is grossly under qualified to conduct business. One of the worst communicators I have experienced in recent memory. Inconsistent service even if planned well ahead of time. Employees lie about work done. Constantly have to contact husband to no avail. One of the worst companies I have experienced in years. I would not recommend. Irredeemable company. Rude and dishonest and a complete waste of time and money. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!
