We had our NYC apartment cleaned by thus service a week ago. We were very pleased with communication of the office staff specially Odie’s who was polite and helpful. Jessica showed up on time and was well prepared for the job. She addressed every nook and cranny that i asked her to clean . The appliances were shining like new and floors, window sills and closets were dusted and mopped clean. I would definitely use their service again and may even request for Jessica.

My husband John booked cleaning for our bathroom and they were so professional, on time and I was able to get appointment for day that I was available and young lady arrived at time agreed upon and communication was clear from day booked to confirming on website to getting by texts day of service to notify us of ETA, so efficient. The bathroom was clean and smelled great, and i felt relieved I saved so much time and paid discounted rate they offered. I would definitely use thier services again!

First time using a cleaning service 10/10 The emaids crew has been at my apartment 3 times now to clean and every time they do an amazing job! I come home from work to a beautifully cleaned apartment and it’s the best feeling in the world. I live alone and am generally pretty clean but I hate cleaning the showers or mopping the floors. The emaids team has been coming once a month and keeping the spaces I dread to clean, clean! They’re so friendly and affordable. At this point, I would consider myself a regular. Thanks Emaids team!
