I went to Elixcella today for a PRP hair treatment and had an excellent experience. I was greeted by Nicholas and Sara, both of whom speak great English and walked me through everything step-by-step so I knew exactly what to expect. The clinic is located across the street from El Tesoro in the Q Office building, and the facilities are extremely clean, modern, and professional.
The entire visit took about 45 minutes from start to finish. There was only mild discomfort for around half an hour afterward, which was totally manageable.
If you’re considering PRP or stem cell treatments in Medellín, this is the place I would trust. Highly recommend.
Don’t know if what I review will do as much justice as it deserves. Reached out to Nicolas & Gabriel at Elixcella a week or so before coming to Medellin to have stem cells injected into my lower back. Being that I couldn’t have the procedure done in the US where I’m from, this was the most professional & cost effective alternative company that I heavily researched. From pre to post op, everything was handled as professionally as possible. A therapist even came to my hotel room on their behalf to make sure I recovered properly. I was also taken to post op to a clinic where I was placed in a hyperbaric chamber for optimal healing also for two days after the procedure. All of this provided with an exceptional escort/driver that was bilingual that spoke on my behalf.
While I was there, I found out that they also did hair restoration services. Arrived at 7/8 am and the exceptional staff there proceeded to begin my hair transplant. Very grateful & happy I chose them for both services. I left Medellin happy & proud of all the work that was performed. I highly recommend Elixcella for all their services they have. I also didn’t know they performed dental work as well.
All in all, I’m very satisfied with Elixcella and would suggest that you do your due diligence while researching. I can guarantee you won’t find a better company to take great care of all your needs.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND, my whole stem cell procedure was amazing, from the travel to the actual procedure, Nicolas and the team were there the whole time, very professional and informative, they even provided the MRI. It’s been 2 months since I had the procedure on my right knee and I feel like I’m 20 years old again, they really care and even checked up on me periodically after the procedure, 5 stars from beginning to end!!
