I bought an SUV from them and have been very happy with every aspect of my semi-complicated transaction. Lisko has been proactive and very helpful and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

bought truck few months ago, said had full inspection but had tons of failed components...tires failed, engine lights came on wih three different issues...front end failed had to spend over 6000 dollars to repair the issues they said passed in their inspection. This pleace outta be investigated as they are not honest. The vehicle was not even cleaned at all had tons of cigarette nicotine all over inside, do not purchase anything from this place as you will be disappointed like me. Total fraud, the inspection person that performed it should be looked at as well. I had a tire that almost exploded on way home when i brought it in the tire guy was like how in the world did you make it here. All and all bad experience and total dishonesty from this Elite Vancouver Motors. They hide issues, i do believe they had knowledge of all the problems but failed to tell me. i would give no star if i could

This was an unfortunate experience for me, that sadly just reinforces the fears some people have with used car dealerships. I bought a used car off of Elite through a popular car auction site. The sales man was very accommodating with a lot of promises made until he had my money, and then after that he disappeared. I was told the car would be washed and cleaned before I picked it up. It wasn’t. I was told that I would be sent a PDF of the owner’s manual. It wasn’t sent. I drove it off of the lot and the third brake light indicator showed that the bulb was out. Elite promised to order me a new one and get back to me when it arrived. I haven’t heard from them since. Any sort of follow up? And sort of relationship maintenance to ensure they keep me as a customer? Nope.

I brought a used car here. Marcus and Lisko helped me out and they were great! Marcus was especially superb and a very honest and reliable salesman, even letting us know when we had paid extra cash by accident. Highly recommend you go to him if you're in the market for a used car.

Called their sales to check out their cars. But when I arrive, they told me to wait while sales are chatting and eating. After like half hour waiting in the wind they told me that it’s impossible to see the cars today.

Had an older Lexus SUV advertised on Craigslist. Description was "As New" Scrape on front bumper and had been rear ended. Drivers seat was ripped. Not what I would describe as "Like New". Come on guys describe your cars as what they are.

Good buying experience, overall. I purchased the vehicle site unseen. The vehicle conditon was as represented when it arrived. Body and Mechanical were both phenomenal for the age. There's always risk when buying from far away (Ontario) but the dealership was upfront. One challenge i ran into in Ontario, was Service Ontario asking for additional paperwork from BC ministry (ICBC). That paperwork (Letter of Confirmation) took an additional week to request and receive. So pro tip for any Ontarians taking ownership of a Japanese import from BC... request a Letter of Confirmation from BC Ministry as soon as you buy the vehicle.
