Truly professional from start to finish! From educating me to the roofing process, the different types of shingles, chimney coverings, and gutter options to the installation and cleanup-a true first class experience. The crew showed up early, protected my pool, my bushes, my walkways, finished the job, ran magnets all over my property and driveway numerous times to prevent injuries to my pet’s paws AND my tires. Very friendly staff and crew! As far as my roof and chimney- i needed help picking a color. I was torn between two, Josh worked up some examples using my home and I ended up going with a completely different color— I LOVE HOW MY HOME LOOKS!!!! It was an INSTANT curb appeal upgrade! I went with the new UHDZ shingles in Weathered Wood and they look incredible and are going to protect my home for years to come! I couldn’t be happier-and although I won’t need it-I’d choose them again in a heartbeat!

I called to get an estimate on some roof damage and an assessment on the condition of my roof. I had a couple of shingles that need replacing and he gave my roof a good bill of health. He will be back next week to repair the missing shingles. This would have been an easy opportunity to up-sale me but he was a nice friendly person. Thanks and know that when I do need a roof I will be calling Elite!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Original House decking from 1971 falling in. Entire house redecked and roofed with class three resistant roofing. Qualified for insurance reduction from State Farm. Shout out to Holden Hornsby Elite Roofing Associate for assisting with paperwork. Very Satisfied with work, replacing decking increased cost but had to be done. Will make selling an older house easier in future

Elite Roofing is amazing. They are professional, relationship driven, and offer flexible payment options. My husband and I chose to go with Elite Roofing because of Chase. He stayed in contact with us the entire time, helped us choose the most beneficial option for our needs, and was and is not only professional, but personable and approachable as well. Josh, the construction manager on site, was open and upfront on things that were found along the way, and never hesitated to answer any questions we had. The crew worked diligently and made a larger than life project seem like building a doll house roof. Elite showed up and showed out, finishing our roof within a days time. From construction to clean up, we were more than impressed. They left our yard and home cleaner than it was before they got here. For an affordable yet reliable and solid roof, you cant go wrong when choosing Elite Roofing. On a scale from 1- 10, I rate them a 100. And thats not a typo.

Checked on leaking around chimney. Verbal estimate but said they would send a written quote. After several days I emailed the person that came out asking for the quote. I didn’t get a response so I got another roofer that sent a quote that day and is coming out this week. Advice; If you aren’t going to follow through, don’t come out. That just waste everyone’s time. Sorry to have to give this review, but you asked for the review. This review was accurate; however, I had the opportunity to talk with another adjuster at Elite. He apologized for the lack of response. I understand that things happen and things can fall through the cracks sometimes. I got the impression in the conversation that the individuals with company really do care about customer service and quality. I feel my case was a rate occurrence and could happen with any company. I would be willing to try then again next time I need a roofer. Thanks, Steve
