From start to finish, everything was perfect — amazing food, amazing drinks, and the most stunning views you could imagine. The yacht itself was absolutely massive, giving our whole family plenty of space to relax, have fun, and make memories we will cherish for a lifetime. The staff were phenomenal, going above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. A special shout-out to Chef Alex, who prepared the most delicious BBQ we’ve ever had — truly unforgettable. Highly recommend Elite Yacht Team for a luxury experience you’ll never forget!
That's what they gave us. Since there were eight of us, twice as many were ordered.
A lot of rented yachts, but the last one was just awful. They ordered extra barbecues and sushi. Paid for. In fact, they provided only one portion of each dish, as stated on the menu. The money wasn't returned. Since it wasn't the first time the yacht had been rented, we had something to compare. After a few hours, we realized we hadn't been provided with all the alcohol. The staff said it was over. In fact, they hid it deep under the ice in the freezer.) It was interesting to watch the staff when we dug it up there. They asked me to stop for bathing, each time for two hours the staff replied that they would stop in 10 minutes. Later, we had to find out in rough terms when those "10 minutes" would come. The impression left was extremely not good.
My experience’s with Elite rentals have always been first class! The guys are always friendly and helpful when dropping off and collecting the cars.they’re professional,efficient,friendly and helpful when making a booking. I would always recommend using elite rentals Dubai for your hire requirements.
We booked a yacht trip through Elite Yacht Rental for our clients – their phone numbers were only shared for communication with the marine authorities. Instead, Elite Yacht Rental is now using those numbers for their own marketing purposes.
I have repeatedly asked them to remove my number and our clients’ numbers from their marketing messages. They said they did, but we are still receiving promotional texts. This is a clear violation of privacy and shows zero respect for data protection.
If you care about your privacy and the proper handling of your personal information, I strongly advise against booking with them.
