Edit:
I’m changing my review from 2 to 4 stars. The owner called me after leaving my review to let me know that they overcharged me (my water heater did have a 6 year warranty) so they owed me about $200 back. Unfortunately, I had a pipe burst over the weekend. Instead of a check, I requested they credit it towards the next job. They were quick to remedy the mistake, and I appreciate that.
I’m likely not going to be using Elite anymore. When I used them 2 years ago, it was to fix a leaky tub and to replace our water heater (that was over 12 years old, was put in when the house was built). The tub faucet no longer leaks, but they flipped the hot/cold so we have less range with our hot water in that tub now.
This weekend, we had to have them come fix the hot water heater they installed in July 2023. Less than 3 years ago. The pipes they installed wasn’t welded correctly (I’m assuming, why else would it leak and cause damage in less than 3 years?) and caused damage to our heating element. The warranty only covered the water heater for a year, so it costs us a pretty penny to get it fixed.
I will say, they did come quickly, but we unfortunately had a higher cost because it was on the weekend.
Jacob and “the Giant” came out to fix my kitchen sink that wasn’t draining. They were super friendly, nice and very knowledgeable about all the options to be able to get the problem fixed. They were able to get my sink running smoothly and gave me some helpful tips to keep it from getting clogged again (no more grease down the drain!) I would highly recommend them to anyone as the price was very fair and they were very efficient!!

Thank you, Colleen! Glad we could provide a great service!
Did a great job doing a rough in for a half bath. Looks great, looks clean and no leaks. Very professional and organized. Two days scheduled but only needed one day. I would use them again.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a 5 star review!
The team was fantastic, friendly, professional, and cared about my problem. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue in a timely manner. I will be calling them again (and letting my neighbors know about them too) and requesting that team in the future.

We had a toilet installed last year and were very happy with Elite. This year when we needed a new water heater we called them again. It’s an 80 gallon water heater and expected it to be very expensive We found their quote to be less than we budgeted and quite fair.
They give excellent communication, 5 star service, and do what they say they will do. We won’t use anyone else for our plumbing needs. Highly recommend Elite!

2 years ago I gave a 5 star review for Elite. Unfortunately not this time. We had 2 guest bathrooms with a stoppage in a line that connects to the main line. Nov 20 (Thurs) tried to no avail to unclog the line. Discussed options and agreed to have them come back and try again. The next morning (Nov 21) found that toilet(s) had overflowed and leaking through basement ceiling (overflow from heavy rains that night coming into the vent pipe and not being able to drain from clog). At 5am called and informed Elite that we had a bad leak. They came and started cutting drywall to identify source of leak. Pulled both guest toilets and shop vac’d water down to stop water damage. Then discussed next steps for repair of clogged line which was decided to be done the next day (Nov 22) so insurance could come and assess damages. The repair was to drain and replace 20+ feet of PVC line that had the clog. Was told a large receptacle would be used to drain line, instead 3 to 4 five gallon buckets were brought to catch the sewage. More was needed, dumped excess sewage in my backyard by fence, I had to help hold a small shop vac up next to the line while repairman was on ladder trying to minimize what was coming out. Thankfully we had the bedroom carpet covered in plastic. Once repair was completed repairman did try and clean where he had dumped the sewage in my yard ( our pets still interested in that area ). After 5.5 hours (confirmed by security cameras) repair/cleanup was complete. Cost= $3,075. While our insurance does not cover the actual plumbing repair, they do cover the water mitigation portion and restoration. A portion of the water mitigation was that 5am Friday emergency call where they came and stopped the overflow. We asked them to separate that final bill showing how much that cost was attributed to the emergency services performed. During the restoration process we reached out 5-6 times with this request with responses ranging from they will, to they don’t itemize bill only give “bids” for a job, to the Friday service was not part of the $3075? So, over $550 per hour to drain and replace 20+ foot of PVC pipe

Hey we apologize if we have fallen short in anyway that’s mentioned from your last experience with us. As always we truly care about our customers and our reputation.
That being said, we were there for 5.5 hours on a weekend “Saturday” to complete work that was quoted and approved while we were on site with you. Failed to be mentioned was that we were there the day before after you notified us of the rain water damage due to your sewer line issue. At this point is when we gave the quote to you for the needed repair. As well as the day before that “Thursday” for the initial call to try and resolve the blockage.
After the quote was given you advised that you would be trying to get your insurance to cover. Unfortunately this didn’t happen, and I’m assuming is why it has resulted in this negative review. Unfortunately we cannot lie or mislead insurance companies due to mortality reasons. This work was completed 3 months ago, you left this review 2.5 months after work was completed once insurance advised they weren’t covering it.
You have given us 5 star review initially for using us in the past for other work that was done. All of that work never consisted of any type of breakdown on cost but was happily accepted and received great praise.

Elite Performance Plumbing did an exceptional job. I called the day prior to Eli coming out to enquire about their next availability. I knew this could be an issue since we are still dealing with the ice storm. They had an opening the following day and got there that morning. My house has no water main shut off inside, so it has to be done at the meter. Well, due to the ice, it was buried. Eli searched, got the city utility company to come assist, and really went above and beyond to make sure our leak was fixed today. Highly recommend.
