Their after hours plumber answered promptly on a Saturday evening. He was very helpful, and went through initial troubleshooting steps with me before determining a plumber needed to come out. The plumber came out on a Sunday morning, determined what was wrong with my hot water heater and completed the repair in a very timely manner.

Been dealing with a pipe leak for MONTHS, have had 3 other plumbers come. Then Eli came over and found the problem, fixed it, make sure the fix worked and did this all after hours. Cannot recommend enough!

I was really in need of some help with my tankless water heater and the exhaust leaking. Elite responded the fastest and knew exact what issue I was having. He fixed the exhaust and told me how to prevent the issue in the future. Also was one of the nicest people I have ever met. If I have anymore issues I will be using them again.
