Be VERY wary if you are shopping here. I bought a ring and was supposed to get it two days prior to my wedding. This gave them a total of two weeks to have my ring ready. They never called me nor sent me a message. I had to call them after my wedding to get an update and they seemed completely lost as to the status of where it was. Very concerning and scary if you are looking to get a ring and don’t have a lot of time because this could happen to anyone. They try to blame it on change of management, but that’s not the customers problem. It seems like they are lacking organization and communication. My wife was distraught because I did not get my ring in time and all they can say is apologize for this inconvenience. Please make sure you reach out to them because it seems like they don’t care and will not reach out to you. I will keep reaching out until i speak to district manager and make sure all platforms are made aware.

Fatemeh was a huge help in getting my fiancé a wedding band. She listened to what we wanted and showed us all the options that met our requirements. Both Fatemeh and her colleague worked very hard to get us the best possible deal on the band, and their honesty saved us $2500. We really appreciate their professionalism and commitment to our love story!

I have shopped at Elite Jewelers for a couple of special occasions. There’s always been a 75% off sale in a counter around the perimeter. I’ve found some rings for every finger almost. The products are offered to include a warranty coverage if you bring the item in every six months for cleaning & examination for any loose pieces or damage. They fixed two bracelets that were catching on my clothes at times. Also free sized my blue sapphire ring. Resizing is free. Their products include some just kinda different styles. I’ve been lucky maybe but the prices were awesome on some! Sale items mostly. I like the staff. They always make me feel welcome and happy when they look for sale prices on stuff I had no idea was on sale! I’m blown away by them! So fun to shop there!
