I would highly recommend Elite Gym Maintenance. Gerhard and his colleague came to install our home gym and were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were extremely professional, friendly and efficient. They laid all of the gym flooring beautifully and assembled and installed all of our gym equipment, making sure everything was set up properly and exactly where we wanted it. They also left everything incredibly tidy and took away all of the empty boxes and packaging afterwards, which was a huge help. The whole process was completely hassle-free and the finished gym looks brilliant. We’re absolutely delighted with it. Thank you Gerhard and team for doing such a great job!

I needed a repair of my air bike in my home gym. I was having difficulty finding someone professional with good reviews who would do home gym repairs. I called Elite Gym Maintenance and although they don't routinely do home gym equipment repairs, Gerhard did agree to come out to fix my bike while they were down in London. They were super efficient, managed to find missing bolts in the van so the job could be completed there and then, and not only repaired the bike but gave it a good once over and internal clean. I have just called them back for an install and would recommend them for anyone needing a repair maintenance of gym equipment, home or commercial.

Excellent service. We’ve used other gym maintenance companies in the past and none of them have been as thorough in servicing the machines. Every machine looks and feels brand new again. Not much else you could ask for.

Absolutely brilliant service from Elite Gym Maintenance. They were super responsive from the very first message and really easy to deal with throughout. They spent two full days with us at CrossFit Hexis servicing our equipment and were incredibly thorough - rowers, bikes, SkiErgs, barbells, the lot. They didn’t just go through the motions either. They spotted issues that needed addressing, fixed what they could there and then, explained anything that needed further work and clearly really know their stuff. They were also genuinely lovely guys to have around the gym - friendly, professional and happy to answer any questions we had. Special mention to Jeremy, who was an exceptionally good sport when we discovered it was his birthday and made him join us for birthday burpees 😅 It’s really reassuring knowing our equipment has been properly checked and looked after, especially with the amount of use it gets. We’ll absolutely be using Elite Gym Maintenance again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other gyms and fitness facilities.

The Elite team services all of our erg machines yesterday - they were on the job form 9am to nearly 6pm, working flexibly around our fitness classes and making sure they didn't disrupt any other aspect of the day. They were super thorough and the machines look (and operate) better than new -highly recommended.

In my 11 years as a CrossFit gym owner, I can honestly say that Elite Gym Maintenance is one of the most professional companies I have ever worked with. From the very first interaction, their communication, punctuality, attention to detail, and overall standard of work have been absolutely exceptional. It is incredibly rare these days to find a company that takes such genuine pride in what they do. Nothing feels rushed, careless, or “good enough” — they operate with real professionalism and integrity throughout the entire process. Not only are they reliable and highly skilled, but they are also very fairly priced for the quality of service they provide. Every member of the team has been courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about delivering the best possible result. As a gym owner, having trustworthy people maintaining your equipment and facility gives enormous peace of mind, and Elite Gym Maintenance has exceeded every expectation. I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough. Absolutely outstanding service. Highly recommended.

Excellent work completed at our crossfit gym. We've had other companies service our kit previously and none went to the lengths that elite gym did. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the service level. All for a great price. Highly recommend. Really know their stuff.

don’t usually write posts like this, but this is deserved! Maz at Elite Gym Maintenance has been class. We’ve used a few different companies before, and honestly, the standard Maz delivered was miles above anything we’ve had. What impressed me most is he doesn’t just “fix” things and go. He properly cares about the end result. The level of cleaning and attention to detail was unreal — bits of kit came back looking better than when we first got them. He just gets it as well. No overcomplicating anything, no fuss — just turns up, cracks on, and sorts things properly. It’s actually quite rare to find someone that reliable who takes that much pride in their work. If you run a gym, he’s a no brainer.

Good evening,

As discussed during our phone call two days ago, we are currently experiencing a particularly busy period.

We provide maintenance and servicing for gym equipment across the UK, and I always strive to respond to enquiries as quickly as possible.

I’m sorry that on this occasion we were not the right fit for your needs. We do not consider a three-day response time to be unreasonable, however we regret that we were unable to meet your expectations. I wish you the best of luck in finding a suitable company to repair your equipment.

Elite Gym Maintenance are exceptional at what they do. Their attention to detail is second to none and every repair is carried out meticulously and to a very high standard. They take real pride in their work and ensure that equipment is not only fixed properly but left in perfect working order. Reliable, knowledgeable and professional – highly recommended for anyone looking to keep their gym equipment running at its best.
