Not happy with results of crown and subsequent root canal due to continued pain after cracked tooth. Ended up with infection in the performed root canal (under placed crown) resulting in a need for later endodontic treatment by a specialist that was uncomfortable, costly, and time consuming. With all the fancy tech and comfort perks of Elite Dental, I am not convinced their actual dental work is actually "elite".

I moved to Westborough a little over a year ago, and I am so glad I found Elite Dental. Every single person from the front desk to hygienists are always super kind and welcoming. They are great at scheduling and following up on future appointments and providing estimates and care plans ahead of time. The office itself is clean and modern. This is the first dentist office I’ve been to that offers laser treatment on cavities (no needles, no numbing and no pain). I see Dr Caravelli and I cannot recommend her enough, she is excellent!

They moved to a new place. It’s a much better location right on the center of Westborough downtown. Staff are super nice and helpful. The doctors and nurses are very professional. Strongly recommend to everyone! Edit on 12/01/2025: I had to change my review from 5 stars to 2 stars because they took my new insurance card and never told me that they are not in network. I had to call my insurance company to find out until I received a huge bill from them while I have 100% coverage with my dental insurance. This is unacceptable and deceptive operation. What a shame, this clinic used to be a such a good place. I am wondering why???

So cool, I had Netflix on in the chair while my appointment was going on and the offer other little amenities too! Sam was so gentle with my cleaning, they are all really knowledgeable and even provided me with a special toothpaste to help combat a cavity that is in the early stages and may be able to be reversed instead of filled. Really great experience would highly recommend!

I have been going to Elite Dental Studio for over the past year and could not recommend them more! The office is very clean, modernized, and well organized. The front desk staff are welcoming, friendly and make scheduling an easy process. Dr. Perry, Dr. Caravelli, and the rest of the dental staff are very knowledgeable, professional, and provide excellent care. Every treatment or procedure I have underwent was well explained to me, went very smoothly and non painful. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.
