Dr. Bross and the team at Elite Chiropractic and Sport care for you. The most important aspect of that is their empathy. They understand that you may be in pain and they want to understand how you got there and what treatment may best serve you. I've been treated there for over Five years and have never been disappointed. As an Army Veteran, I ignored it and dismissed many of the pains and unresolved injuries as just part of the "ride." Dr. Bross helped me understand their cumulative impact and recommended treatment and provided consistently high quality and effective care. What I like most is that it's not just here's your 15 minutes with the doctor. They have diagnosed and treated me holistically. They have improved my health. I have been a patient of Elite Chiropractic & Sport for several years -on and off - as I have incurred minor injuries at the gym or even at home. Who would have guessed that diapering a 7 month-old grandson could cause a back injury this time??? Anyway, it was Dr. Steve Knoyer's turn to get to me healed up again, and he did in just a few sessions, with an assist in PT from Miguel. I am back in shape and back at the gym. When my daughter injured her neck around the same time as my back problem I referred her to EC&S. As with me, she is back in shape and back to running half-marathons! I highly recommend this team.
The review above was from several years ago, and I have an update (Nov 11, 2025). I have not needed chiropractic care since the previous time with Dr. Knoyer and Miguel. I have had a recurring back problem in the last months aggravated recently by weightlifting in the gym. I saw Dr. Josh Brosch for the first time since 2018, who evaluated me, adjusted my spine, diagnosed the failure of my mid-back vertebrae to move effectively, and had me work with Carl, the PT specialist at Elite, for a stretching program to be done at home. I will be going for at least 6 more sessions, but just this first session gave me marked improvement in mobility and greatly lessened my back discomfort. The bonus is I am also getting hip treatment via the stretching that is freeing up my less mobile right hip as my back gets "unlocked" as well. As in the past, Elite Chiropractic is dramatically improving my back and hip issues. I highly recommend this practice!
Latest update (Feb 12, 2026). I am now in maintenance mode, seeing either Dr. Brosh or Dr. Terrier about once per month. Yesterday it was Dr. Terrier who did adjustments to my back and neck. Equally important, it happens that he and I both use Polar Heart Monitors for data collection of heart rate, calories burned, % fat burned, etc., when we work out. He told be about the advantages of "Zone 2" workouts, which I had not known about. Turns out that these workouts at only 60 - 75% of maximum heart rate have benefits beyond the standard, high intensity workouts. I intend to try this approach along with my standard aerobic weight-lifting for a more complete and well-rounded approach to physical fitness. I'm glad we chatted this topic, even though it came up quite serendipitously! That's yet another advantage to using Elite for my chiropractic needs - they know a lot about fitness as well!

Dr. Bross is the most knowledgeable and experienced chiropractor I have ever been to. I have been a patient at his practice for the past year and a half, and have seen tremendous improvements with my chronic neck and shoulder pain. He also helps to relieve my thumb and hand arthritis that flares up due to my profession of sign language interpreting. I can’t thank him enough!

This is a fabulous practice. Dr. Bross and Dr. Terrier are extremely knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Terrier keeps me moving and helps me manage the arthritis in my neck. I highly recommend Elite Chiropractic & Sport.
