I had previously written a 5 star review because the manager (Tommy) came out and was very nice and helpful but at this point it can't be anything more than a 1 star. I've called about my heater not working on cold nights on 5 different occasions with 5 different visits and still no resolution to my problem. I understand sometimes problems can be difficult if the issue is intermittent but they basically kept messing only with a sensor for most of those visits instead of going after other potential causes. When you're sleeping in a cold house and the people that should help you can't, it's incredibly disappointing and makes you question why you went with them in the first place.

Elite Air and air was the only one qualified to come out annd take a look at on old oil fired furnace. Tommy was right on time and told me what the unit needed . Once I get that I will have him back ASAP.
