I cannot say enough great things about this place! Everything is so clean and the staff is so quick! I brought my 20 month old in after he injured his arm and everyone was amazing. Registration was a breeze and his nurse Mary Grace and doctor Serrano were absolutely wonderful. The xray tech was so patient and sweet. Got my son splinted and out of there in less than 2 hours.
I am frequent flyer at the Emergency hospital. I love them because they give impeccable service and really care for you! On 12/15/25 I received horrible service from unfamiliar nurse Joanne! This nurse bed side manner is horrible!! She made me feel like I was over exaggerating about my pain!! She waited seem like forever to give me my pain medicine even after the doctor order STAT!! Everyone else there Jamie, Vanessa, Luis, Shan and the sweet ER tech was amazing!! I have never given this place a bad review but I needed them to know nurse Joanne is not a nice person at ALL!!!!!
Waste of time, just wanted to run my insurance for testing. If blood work is normal they don’t help beyond that unless your injured. Just says your blood work is normal so there’s no reason that should happen… ok… so I can’t be in pain or sick if blood work is normal…. Ok
Backstory I had been to the hospital like five days prior and was diagnosed with the UTI but the pain was getting worse. I told him I already had a CT scan. They wanted to do another one when I refuse. They just wanted me to leave because they wanted to run my insurance more, but if I just had a CT scan, what’s the point of having another one so I could have more radiation? Because they want the money, even though they know they were just gonna tell me your blood work is fine you can leave . So he did an ultrasound and determined I had fibroids and that’s the reason for my headache and all my issues…, I’m like I already knew that and fibroids don’t cause light sensitivity and hearing issues… But OK, just left. And went to another hospital that actually tried to help me.
