Ending up here the day after Thanksgiving and every single staff member at this facility was fast, efficient, professional and very caring. I will not go anywhere else after being treated here.
They even delivered flowers to say they hoped I was doing better! Thank you so much Elite Care, I really appreciate yall! 🤍

If you come here, do NOT see Dr. William Fisher. My experience was extremely disappointing.
The front desk staff and nurses were excellent, and I appreciate their professionalism. I came in because of a scratch on my right eyeball. Dr. Fisher performed the expected steps at first—he applied numbing drops, added the dye, and used a medical tool to check for cuts or abrasions while I was lying on the bed. He identified a corneal abrasion and began to walk away.
Then he returned with a Q-tip and, without any warning or explanation, lifted my upper eyelid and inserted the Q-tip between my eyelid and my eyeball. It was painful, and because I had no idea he was about to do that, I instinctively pushed his hand away. He told me I shouldn’t do that because it could damage my eye. If my reaction could cause harm, then he should have informed me before putting anything under my eyelid. After he was done shoving a Q-tip in my eye he then informed me he did this to be sure there was no debris in my eye. Ridiculous.
It has now been three hours since I left the hospital, and my eye is still burning from what he did. I will be seeing a real eye doctor tomorrow.

I went there on Thanksgiving Day and was impressed by how great the experience was. Even on a holiday, they got me in and out quickly, and everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly and kind.
Dr. Fisher took excellent care of me. Thanks to him and the amazing staff, I was able to make it back in time for Thanksgiving dinner.
I’m so grateful for their professionalism, speed, and compassion. I highly recommend them!

I had a nightmare experience this week and was taken to Elitecare Emergency Hospital…..and THANK GOODNESS I was because they took such great care of me & even though I was freaking out when I got there, they were able to ease my worries & calm me almost immediate. Front desk admins Whitney & Mikey stayed calm & never had that look of panic on their face when they saw my bloody towel which helped. They got me registered & back in no time. The RN, Janasia, & tech Railey….round of applause 👏! Y’all were so amazing. J is super funny BTW! The Rad tech Hannah was extremely patient & professional. The biggest THANK YOU of all is to Dr. Fisher who stayed calm, stitched my nose up (which was no small task) all while making sure I understood follow-up instructions for the best outcome. He even ran back into the parking lot after me to triple check that I understood the importance of my after care….which shows how much HE cares!!! It was really nice. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr. Fisher & team. AMAZING!!!

Excellent experience all the way around. I woke up Thanksgiving morning feeling horrible. From check in, nurse and Dr. care, the service was very efficient, professional and courteous. Test results received quickly and treatment was effective. Walked out feeling much better. Thanks!
