I was in a bad auto accident in December 2024. I ended up having to take medical leave from work and at that point retained ELG. I was initially paired with another case manager i had some trouble with. I was then transferred to Michael's case load. Michael was a breath of fresh air. He was fantastic, on point and made sure I was taken care of. We just settled the case with both insurance companies. I am more than pleased with the amount I received. If you retain ELG ask for Michael he is an absolute Rockstar!
