If you haven’t got a head for hights and seeing George Eley of ‘Eley’s Tree Services’ scale a 60ft Fir Tree, then look away ! George and his team are like the Lumberjacks of North America. They are good, they are professional, they are tidy, they are what you need to pollard those dangerous trees in your garden which you have left alone all those years to sneakily grow up over your rooftop. Now the bad weather is upon us, and those storms are hitting our shores, the trees begin to sway and lurch in the wind to scary angles. Now is the time to call George Eley and prevent those thieving home insurance companies and their small print disclaiming that forgotten tree in your garden which has just gone through your house roof. He did my trees before it was too late. Thanks George and your team. Great job 👍
We're really happy with George and his team. They arrived on time, were really professional and polite. They worked really hard to remove too trees, one huge conifer tree (that unfortunately grew too big to our house). They removed the tree and left the garden very tidy! Recently we have had issues with a large tree that was growing through the overhead cables that provided phone/Internet. So much so it dislodge the connections one day when the wind got up.
I called Eley's Tree Services as they are local to me and have often seen them working in the local area.
Within a day they had been round, quoted me a good price and arranged a date to come and do the work.
They arrived promptly on the day agreed, completed the work and cleaned the area once done.
No fuss, no issues, just a company that do what they say, when they say they're going to do it. In this day and age I think that's very commendable and would highly recommend end theses guys.
I can’t recommend Ely’s Tree Services enough. George is extremely knowledgeable about tree pruning and garden maintenance. He is very polite and professional and he and his assistant work in a clean tidy manner. I am delighted with the work he has done in my garden it has been totally transformed.

We recently used Eleys Tree services for tree removal and stump grinding, and the service was excellent from start to finish. George was punctual, professional, and clearly very experienced. He carried out the work safely and efficiently, taking down large trees with care and precision. The stump grinding was done thoroughly, and they left the area clean and tidy. Great communication throughout and very fair pricing. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others!
We had Eley’s Tree Services in to take down a large willow tree in our back garden. George came and gave a really well priced quote and explained the process fully. George communicated the process really well and they arrived promptly on the day getting straight on with the job providing a professional and efficient service. They tided away all the debris to a high standard and did an excellent job we will definitely use them again!

George did an excellent job ‘pruning’ a large tree in our garden. This is a large mature tree and the work was very sympathetically carried out to retain the overall shape of the tree. All the waste was removed - and I do mean all, absolutely nothing left.
