Went in because my hips were bothering me at night while sleeping it was getting worse to where it was hard to sleep. So I went to Elevate to see if they could help, Carson discussed what was bothering me and we started working on exercises he said would help and it’s been amazing. I slept so much better. Everyone there was very nice and helpful.

I can’t say enough good things about Elevate Physical Therapy! The environment is so welcoming, and you can tell they truly care about helping you feel better. Cayson is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to really listen and explain everything. I’ve only had one visit so far, and it was more helpful than several visits I’ve had elsewhere. I’m already feeling more confident about my recovery — highly recommend!
Update: I’ve continued coming to Elevate Physical Therapy over the past few months and the experience has stayed consistently amazing. In addition to everything else, the dry needling has made a noticeable improvement in my neck and temple pain, and my headaches have decreased. I truly appreciate the personalized approach and how focused they are on long-term results, not just temporary relief!

I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease neuromyelits optica that attacked my spinal cord. After I was released from a three week stay at the hospital I was told to go to physical therapy. I met with Cayson at Elevate to see if he could help me. He researched my disease and he has been working with me to meet my goals. I came into my first appointment walking with a walker. I was very dependent on that walker. He and Jessica worked with me in many areas but particularly balance. He challenged me just the right amount. I have a ways to go but I’m back to hiking without a walker. I can walk and move around without any assistance. I’m so happy with my progress. The staff at elevate has been excellent. They are positive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Elevate Physical Therapy.

The staff at Ephraim elevate are absolutely wonderful to be around! They did great at motivating me and also helping reduce my neck and back pain from muscle spasms.
Cayson, the PTD is knowledgeable and very easy going. I always felt better and more mobile out of my PT sessions even if sometimes the workouts were tiring. I always struggled in the gym because I never knew what I was doing. He’s shown me great tips for my form and to make it easier to continue my progress out of PT.
Jessica, the PTA, is very friendly and talented. She works wonders with massage, tens machine and more. She is very attentive to everyone’s individual needs and is a huge reason Ephraim elevate feels so welcoming.
Erica and Juliet also deserve an honorable mention!

Both staff and therapists at Elevate (Ephraim, UT) are excellent. Appointments always on time, clean state of the art facility. The therapists are very knowledgeable and were able to quickly assess my needs and treatments. Far better experience for me here than neighboring PT options I’ve had in the past.

Elevate physical therapy is amazing! The staff is awesome ! They always take their time with me! They never make me feel rushed. I already have seen a lot of improvement in only a couple weeks! I highly recommend them!

My husband and I both received excellent care at Elevate. Dr. Goff is knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He provided professional care during each session, and he also equipped us with strategies that we could use on our own to help facilitate our recovery, which we very much appreciated. Most importantly, Dr. Goff was genuine in his empathy. I love elevate PT, the staff is amazing , Cason does an amazing job addressing your issues . My thinking is that this relatively new physical therapy clinic will become the top therapy place in San Pete County, in the near future . I loved the way the therapist explained to me what was physically wrong with my body, and gave me hope that I could reach my goals and strengthen my body in areas where needed....and return back to normal function.

I’ve always had issues with my Ankle and stability in general but coming here and working with the Elevate team has been amazing! I have gained strength and stability in my ankles and I am living life pain free thanks to the Elevate team here in Ephraim. Best Physical Therapist around! I love the calm atmosphere as well they make you feel cared for and supported. I can’t express how amazing this team is more fully. Cayson, Jessica, and the whole team have been great to work with! They've taken great care of my daughter and helped her improve her leg strength. Cayson was thorough in the initial evaluation, and the exercises he's recommended and helped my daughter with have reduced her pain and helped her get back to the activities she enjoys. I was referred by Dr Cowan , to see Dr Goff for my shoulder and arm pain. I noticed relief in the first 3 sessions and have been on the mend and filling better and better every time I go. I am enjoying the benefits of the movement of my arm and shoulder. I love the staff for there patience and time they take to make sure I’m on the right track. Love these guys!! They have made it very convenient and affordable to continue physical therapy after my insurance decided I had had enough. They are focused on taking care of their clients and making them whole again. Highly recommend!!
