We had been looking to replace an old, antiquated POS system in our restaurant, Bistro 7 in Reno for a few months. We had many quotes for several thousands of dollars. Tyler and Levi from Elevated Payment Solutions came in and presented Skytab from Shift 4. It was a perfect fit, and we decided to go with them. The cost? Nothing! Tyler, Levi, and Crystal from EPS worked with us to understand our needs, make kind suggestions, and configure a system for our restaurant that made sense. Our installation went flawlessly, and we could not be happier with Skytab, or with Elevated Payment Solutions.
The thing that sold us was they are local, they come in to meet with us face to face (Not a zoom or telephone meeting), and they are Really good people. The thing that set them high and above all the others, is their commitment to their relationship with us - when we have a question, we call and they actually ANSWER the phone! (What a concept!) They are knowledgeable about their product, have simple solutions to offer, and make life so much easier for us.
Our friends at Elevated Payment Solutions are a cut above everybody else! They made our business run smoother, more efficiently, and with less headaches that with our old run down system. We are really happy with the results.

We have been working with Tyler from SkyTab here at the Virginia City Jerky Co, since spring of 2025 for our POS System. We have been extremely pleased with his services and knowledge with the system we received. Anytime we have an issue, all we have to do is send him a message or give him a call and he responds back promptly. Any issues or questions we may have come up, we know we can rely on Tyler to assist us in a timely manner. If something comes up and he is not far from our area, he has even just stopped by to check in on us whether we need assistance or not. Tyler has demonstrated that his knowledge of the system and his customer service approach with us is greatly appreciated and does not go unrecognized. It's such a breath of fresh air dealing with him and this POS system. I have had many different ones in the past and this one is the BEST I've ever had. Tyler and his team did the install and training on it, along with uploading our menu for us and when he pops in from time to time just to say Hi and make sure we don't need anything he always ends up adding stuff in the system for us that we haven't had a chance to do yet.

Tyler and his crew of dedicated, knowledgeable, and highly professional employees were nothing short of exceptional in our implementation of their Point of Sale System ‘SkyTab’ from Shift4. As an established business that was not yet using any modern point of sale system, we were nervous to transition (to say the least), but the detail oriented nature of Tyler and his team allowed no question to go unanswered and every worry to become a trivial speck of dust as we “went online!” As seamless an integration as one could possibly hope for, we truly feel as though we have a family of dedicated support staff on the back end of this system. Could not recommend Tyler and his crew at Elevated Payment Solutions enough and would not recommend anybody else! Honestly feel grateful for their guidance and support. Would give them 10/10 but the stars only go to five!

Tyler is absolutely amazing!!! As luck would have it, the day Tyler came into my business, my printer for my old POS system had broken down; I was going to have to order a completely new printer for hundreds of dollars and manage without a printer for the busy upcoming weekend.
Tyler immediately went to his home and brought me back a new printer he had in his garage for free. We had just met and he hadn't even gone through his sales pitch yet. Needless to say I was beyond impressed that a perfect stranger would go above and beyond to help me out on a busy Friday night. I ended up switching POS systems the following week.
Tyler was amazing through the entire setup up process, helping us through it step by step. I've had the new system since mid December 2024(which is a great POS to work with) and Tyler still stops by to check in and make sure everything works properly and I'm happy with it.
Any questions I've had he's taken the time to respond immediately. ....I could not be more happy with him and my new POS system. I'm not typically a fan of salesman but Tyler is so much more than that and still continues to go above and beyond for not just me, but my bar as well. I cannot say enough great things about him or the product he sells.
