It's been really hard finding a service provider for our company (about 40 people). The websites all look the same. They all have 4.8+ stars. When you talk to them, they all say the same thing. But once you're locked into a contract with a big penalty fee (nearly all of the ones we talked to tried to lock us into 3 years and had BIG penalty fees), you're at the mercy of whatever quality actually exists behind the sales veil. And you're stuck with whatever additional costs they want to tack on. We were really worried about finding ourselves committed to a big financial/operational headache.
We got pretty far talking to a couple other companies, but we ultimately turned them down because they made our hair stand on end. Elevated, I was willing to sign with on day one...but we did our due diligence. Every conversation we had just reinforced that feeling. They're extremely tech savvy, professional, and proposed cost-conscious options that absolutely nobody else had. They got us set up on our timeline with almost zero disruption. They actually seem to care about taking care of our needs as a business and being as transparent as possible so we can take care of what we need to do without wasting time agonizing over IT.
Long story short, we have zero regrets signing on with them. If you're like us, you probably will too.
