Hiten was the estate agent on the house I just bought. It was a lengthy and complex conveyance, and had it not been for Hiten's approach, it would have been a longer more stressful process. Hiten was professional, proactive and highly responsive. Even though clearly he was working in the sellers best interests, he dealt with all parties fairly and appropriately. When we come to sell the property we would be happy to work with him and the estate agents again.

10/10 on customer service. I rented a studio in Chalk Farm for a year and ended up staying for three - fantastic location, safe, excellent use of space, the most comfortable bed, very bright with massive windows, excellent central heating and hot water, ample storage and large fridge, quiet neighbours, it felt like home. The welcome hamper was such a lovely touch. Josh handled all the contract-related communication from start to finish, and Russell the maintenance side. I couldn't have asked for better! Both extremely responsive and efficient, very friendly, professional and approachable. They respect privacy and confidentiality, which is very important for me. 5 stars as well for the landlord who treats even the smallest issue seriously and likes to keep the properties in order.
