Just had my solar panels and battery system installed by Electrical Masters. I must say that the professionalism from their entire team was exceptional. I generally don't post reviews but I felt that it is important to share my feedback. Special mention goes to Ricky the director who personally attended during the process, also Jay who assisted us in choosing the right system and brand. And of course Jessie the head installer and the entire team. They were neat and tidy, explained every detail and even offered to fix small unrelated electrical things at home. We had a faulty battery system installed by another company, and unfortunately they stopped responding when we needed help. We then engaged Electrical Masters to inspect the system, fix the issues and get everything working properly.
Because the original system wasn’t commissioned correctly, we ended up paying almost $1,600 in electricity bills.
There are a lot of unreliable companies out there, so definitely do your research before choosing an installer. Electrical Masters were professional, knowledgeable and helped us when the original installer wouldn’t.
