I needed to get a personal inspection on my home prior to my walk through which was in less than a week, they graciously worked to get me in to ensure the inspection happened before my walk through. James was amazing, the Townhome was locked, and he was very patient and waited until we could get into the home for the inspection. He was very through and kind and patiently answered all of my questions. He gave me the follow-up report right away; I was very impressed and would highly recommend Elridge Home Inspections.

Many thanks to Michael and his son (training up the next generation of home inspectors!) who did a fantastic job on my home inspection. His attention to detail, with close up photographs, and even videos where necessary, helped me understand what was going on in places I wouldn't go or get to easily (the roof, the attic).
