Highly recommend the agency, particularly Shruti Nanda! From a chance conversation in the lobby of the building I was viewing apartments in, she showed great interpersonal skills and was not pushy, she was also very knowledgeable of the community and gave me some great insights - which is why I ended up taking my long term rental with Elan! She has also been very helpful and supportive during my move and even a couple of days post move!
I’ve recommended Shruti to my friends that are also interested in the community and they all agree with my sentiment - she really is a credit to the company!

Really bad experience with them. Throughout the process I haven’t been able to rely on their word and they had plenty of excuses to justify multi week-long delays. Their services are not a scam, but certainly not worth the price.
