I recently visited this place for eyebrow shaping, and unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. I came home to find that I have even thinner eyebrows than before, as they left me with only about one-third of my brows remaining! I had clearly requested that they remain full and natural-looking.
Additionally, I felt quite unwelcome when the staff spoke Ukrainian exclusively among themselves. It gave me the impression that they were gossiping and was quite unprofessional. If you cannot adapt to the diverse environment in Dubai, perhaps it would be better to operate your business in Ukraine.
As an Arab woman wearing a hijab, I felt marginalized and unwelcome during my visit. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience.

I got the lash lift done here and it was top notch best lash lift ive done and not just that the place is so beautiful and clean and well decorated super cute. The customer service was amazing also they’re very kind and attentive and they offer you drinks and my lovely master yulia was very kind and patient and they gave me a serum sample even to apply after which I haven’t had before overall 10/10 salon and service

I got the halal brows service and Ksenia did a great job. I usually do it at home myself but it was a new experience getting them done professionally.
There was a little mishap with the customer service when booking initially, but she handled it decently well, I would just like for the customer service representative to be a little more professional in the future. Thank you and I may visit again in the future!

The issue with brow bleaching product they is that it is not matching with middle eastern tone, leaving a vey visible yellow color on skin.. Which is not very aesthitacally pleasing.. I tried the eye brow gel product.. Actually it is not working at all nit even matching in quality the available brands in market..

It goes through stages of lightening, and the outcome can vary depending on the natural hair tone.
