I had a really good experience with my dental treatment. My initial check-up was done by Dr. Prajakta Chavhan, and she explained everything so clearly and patiently. Since it was my first dental procedure, I was quite scared, but she made me feel comfortable and at ease.
The RCT was done by Dr. Gauri Tiwari, and she handled it very smoothly. The whole process went much better than I expected.

मेरा नाम कबीर रावल है, मैं नवीं मुंबई koparkhairane से हूँ, कुछ महीनों पहले मेरे root canal के लिए eka dental koparkhairane गया था और वहां मेरा ये treatment कराया, मैंने बाकी और dental clinic में पहले estimate लिया था और मुझे eka dental का estimate एकदम बजट freindly लगा और इनकी advertisement भी ऐसी ही थी.
मुझे service और pricing बहुत अच्छे लगे, इसीलिए मेने मेने circle मे भी लोगों को इसके बारे मे information दी.
आज 24.3.2026 को मैंने dental filling के लिए इनको call किया for appointment, तब मुझे इन्होने बताया कि koparkhairane वाला बंद हो गया है और वाशी वाला open है, so मैं वाशी गया.
डॉक्टर ने check up किया और dental filling start किया, 10 minutes मे dental filling कराके जब मैं counter पर आया payment के लिए, तब मुझे इतना बड़ा shock लगा, जब मेरे से Rs.2,400 की demand करी. मैंने कहा आप लोगों ने मुझे पहले क्यूँ नहीं बताया.
खैर मैंने finally इनको 2400 का payment कर दिया, परंतु ये total unexpected, scam,विश्वासघात और लूटने जैसा है.
जैसे इनका koparkhairane वाला क्लिनिक shut down हुआ है, बाकी सारे भी ऐसे ही shut down होने चाहिए, ऐसी मेरी भगवान से प्रार्थना होगी.
मेरे पास पैसे थे 2400, so मैंने payment कर दिया, अगर किसी के पास नहीं होते और उसे 2400 रुपये का बिल थमा दिया जाता, तो 100% shock ही लगता.
मेरी आप सबसे दोनों हाथ जोड़कर विनती है, मेरे जैसी गलती आप ना करे 🙏
