Technician arrived at appointed time, and very quickly found the issue with our tankless water heater. Adam was very informative through the whole process, and cheerfully answered all of my many questions. Even though he needed to order two parts, he was able to clean up the electrodes on each flame sensor enough to give us hot water again until the new ones arrive and are installed. After he completed work on the water heater, he had a look at our ductless heat pump system, showed me the issues, gave me a fair price to service the unit, then quickly performed the work. I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again in the future.

We are always very happy with our service from Home Comfort who we have worked with for many years now. We have a service contract with them, and they always come out quickly and have fixed every issue we have had, no matter how complicated. Special shout out to Cameron and Joe who did great work, were funny and friendly, and explained all they were doing with specific, useful detail. They also troubleshoot problems, give many tips, and help us prioritize what needs to be done first if there is too much to deal with all at once. Also, Home Comfort continues to increase their number of services and we are able to do more with them every few years, streamlining care for our home. We recommend this company highly!

I am a Maintenance Director at a skilled nursing facility in Florence Oregon and had HCH install an air makeup unit on our roof to move air throughout our kitchen. Joe, Austin, Tylor, and the electrician Haden did an outstanding job. They were in and out and even recommended a roofer to come in behind them and patch up the vinal roofing. I've used them for years and can safely recommend them to you, so you can stop searching and collecting estimates. And, by the way, a most amazing man by the name of Adam Bennett just serviced my unit. Wow. I was thoroughly impressed. I've rarely seen anyone so detailed in the way they worked. He did not know I was watching, yet he cleaned and inspected every single component as though he was detailing his own car. My unit is four years old and looks brand new. Again, I was tremendously impressed. Five stars all the way and two thumbs up.

He arrived on time, for both visits and I was impressed by his very methodical approach to diagnosing the issue with the furnace. Additionally, he recommended several modifications to better bring the unit up to spec. I also appreciate his willingness to answer my questions as a home owner. The dispatcher at Home Comfort was also very courteous and kept me in informed as to progress regarding part delivery.
