I can't say enough about how great the experience with ECH CLEANING WAS... the ladies that came did a spectacular job, especially with the dusting that I hate so much moving.Everything out of the way and getting underneath it, getting those crafty little corners that no one really gets.... the owners are very friendly and speedy with appts in a pinch! We used them for regular cleaning then with a move out cleaning service that did such a great job I had no issues with getting back my deposit! The cost is great also. Very well worth money spent. Thank you so much 💜💜very pleased and satisfied 🎉

To clarify, we provided two separate estimates before your appointment (Per your request) —one for a standard bi‑weekly cleaning and one for the deluxe deep cleaning. The price for the deluxe service you selected was listed clearly in the official estimate, and that is the service our team completed. Even so, we were able to work with you to find a resolution that was favorable to you.

We never want a customer to feel misled, and we do our best to make sure every estimate is transparent and easy to understand. I’m sorry if the two quotes caused any confusion for you, and I appreciate you giving us the chance to serve you.

I have been using EHC for cleaning twice per month and would recommend them highly. The proprietor Emily is the primary contact and handles everything herself from schedule changes to any issues. She is very easy to communicate with and listens well. They accommodate my special requests as well such as wearing shoe covers. The cleaning is consistently good. If I could I would prefer the same two cleaners come every time but I understand that is hard to accomplish. I look forward to coming home from work and finding the house clean. The price is fair and market rate for the good service we get.

Wow! So excited I found this cleaning service. I have previous used a high-end service from Highland Park and they were overprice and always a disappointment. The ladies from EHC have done an exceptional job cleaning, are kind and communicative. They actually clean and don't just move dirt around, my floors have never looked better. They also add a lot of special touches that may not matter to some, but matter a lot to me, like taking shoes off in carpeted areas, making toilet paper and tissue paper look fancy and more. The cleaning products they use are also very nicely scented, not strong or toxic smelling. 10/10 recommend
