I recently tried the Pico Laser treatment, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! I had been struggling with pigmentation and acne scars for quite some time, my skin has already shown noticeable improvements. The procedure was quick, with minimal discomfort, and there was hardly any downtime afterward—just a bit of redness that went away within a few hours.

Dr Jane is very professional and thoughtful. I enjoy the service here very much. Hope there is more chairs at the lobby as the clinic is so popular now more and more customers will need to wait at the lobby area.

I've been to several aesthetic doctors and I have to say Dr Elias is the most knowledgeable and patient. He takes time to ask questions, do proper analysis before suggesting anything. He is gentle and professional during procedures and is truly concern about the recovery as well.
I've recently learnt that he is teaching at University College London (UCL) in the Master of Surgery in Aesthetic Medicine. In other words he is the teacher of many other doctors in this field around the world. I'll highly recommend going to Dr Elias if you want someone at that level, sincere and charging reasonable pricing.

We found the clinic to be very dishonest. We have inquired and purchased 12 boxes of crystal tomato capsules, and were promised a bottle of eye gel as a gift. Despite knowing that Q express’s delivery is bad, they have failed to inform us and proceeded to use Q express’s service to deliver the items to us. While promising us that it would be the next day’s delivery, it never materialised. We had to chase them so many times, and eventually my husband had to go to the clinic to pick up the crystal tomato capsules himself, and of course, delivery fee was never refunded, and the promised eye gel was no where to be found. I have sent messages to the clinic and receive no further response from them.
We are sad that we are being treated this way, and we believe that the clinic has no ethics and has chosen to treat us this way as we are foreigners and would have no recourse towards them.
Edit to add screenshots of the conversations. We were supposed to be given the said eye cream, was later implied that we lost it or misplaced it, and then it became conditional to purchase something else next time to get it. It’s really unfair and we are disgusted by how they treat us.

Dr. Tam will always check the results of the last visit and tailor current treatment to achieve the best results. After the treatment, a staff will text (usually after 1 or 2 days) to check if everything is good. Great support team in EHA.

I have had my first FUE Hair transplant of 2K grafts for my Hairline at this clinic 2 years ago and it was honestly super disappointing. I had to get it redone in Turkey and i had such good results. I even went back to turkey for my third hair transplant for my crown and the results were beyond my expectations
I believe this clinic may be good for other things but not hair transplants. Extremely overpriced work for very bad results. When i compare my turkey transplants recovery to this clinic, you can tell the difference between clean work and messy work. In this clinic, i spent almost 12 hours for 2K grafts whereas in a proper clinic, i only spent 5 hours for even more grafts. I should not have gotten and paid almost 15K on my first hair transplant here. Totally waste of money. Do not come here for hair transplant trust me.
