Highly insightful and practical course I recently completed the HACCP Principles and GMPs for Food Processors and Manufacturers course on the eHACCP website, and it was a great learning experience. I have taken HACCP training 4 times over the course of my career and this training did a great job explaining everything. The part I really liked is they took the SQF Code and added how HACCP pertains to SQF.
