I liked the way the chapters were well organized. The chapters were broken down in small well though out lessons that made it easy to understand. There wasn't much I can think of to improve. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

HACCP for meat processing
I appreciated that the class was self-paced. I turned off the audio, though, because I was reading faster than the voice was speaking. Some of the information appeared a bit out of date (referencing 21 CFR 110), but overall very informative including information outside the scope of traditional HACCP.
