Communication was clear from start to finish—he let me know when he was on the way, arrived right on time, and treated my home and space with total respect.
As a woman, feeling comfortable with service professionals is very important to me, and I can’t emphasize enough how genuine, knowledgeable, and professional he was. You can tell EPC is run by a true family man who genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of his work.
If you're done dealing with the other pool guys that show up, quickly stick their hand in the pool, and take off to the next house -seriously call EPC.
After just the first pool treatment we received; the pool already looked twice as good which makes me wonder what the other guys were even doing when they did arrive.

Im happy to say making the switch to Jordan's company has been a blessing. He's explained everything to me very well of how everything should be. Anytime he arrives he messages me. Then same as leaving so I know how long he was here. He also showed me all the neglected things the first day he came to show what he will be doing differently than my last company I had hired. It wasn't even a full week and from a simple full brush even on the stairs had my pool cloudy which means the other company was neglecting these things. He even found mold in some spots. Its little things that go unnoticed that hes caring for. I appreciate you and your business jordan
