Always easy to make an appointment either online or by phone. Good communication and prompt replies to queries. Transparent and competitive pricing which is always welcome and these days is a key factor in choosing a service provider. Despite a problem with an item we provided for replacing, the electrician didn't walk away, which he could have done, but arranged to source the correct replacement within the allocated time slot. We received a timely phone call to authorise and agree a pricing plan. The additional cost charged was very reasonable considering our initial mistake. Very happy with the service and the company as a whole. I will continue to be a returning customer as they also provide boiler servicing and gas safety certificates for us.

I intended to have a residential air conditioning installation, and I got a chance to speak to their friendly staff in late June 2026. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. The quotation (called “price estimate”) has lots of gaps with even the model numbers and capacities of the indoor units outstanding. I also struggle to communicate with them as the only way I can get a reply is to leave a google review like this one – which they will pretty quickly reach out to you and ask you to pull the review as a condition of actually getting a reply from them. My last query dated 7 July remains outstanding on today 20 July, despite I expressly requested them in my query to at least give me a time estimate on when they expect to get back to me if they cannot do so promptly. I haven’t received anything from them afterwards. Make no mistake I am sure they are a bunch of friendly folks who love their work. I also note that they have lots of good reviews on one-off ad hoc work like EPC certificates. But they are simply overstretched for more complicated projects. I am not sure I am confident enough to gamble with a substantial sum given the high cost of A/C installation, with a mere unsubstantiated hope that they will reply to me after weeks let alone actually carrying out the installation on time without issues.

Outstanding service for landlords! This is the second time I have used Efficient Energy Home Ltd, and they have been outstanding yet again. As a landlord, they took away all the frustration of arranging the work. Their communication is seamless, they are incredibly flexible, and their prices are fantastic. Booking the boiler service and gas safety certificate was a pleasure the customer service team was friendly and professional.
