Perfect for a weekend with friends ☺ Lovely spacious and comfortable place for our group of 4 to.meet for a weekend away. Really great location, close to the town centre. Cosy bedrooms and spacious bathrooms. ☹ Minor niggle that the shower water pressure was a little on the low side.

I think this was the best Airbnb property we’ve stayed in. Incredible location, peaceful and private but not completely isolated. Amazing facilities and beautiful property - spacious and was equipped with everything you’d need and more. Instructions on how to access the property and a guide to the property, as well as instructions for appliances were readily available. The team were also quick at responding to any questions.Nothing can beat the evening we spent in the hot tub star gazing and listening to the owls then warming by the fire. We will definitely be coming back!!

We stayed in this gorgeous house with absolutely beautiful views — the setting was peaceful and truly breathtaking. The home itself was spacious, clean, and had so much charm.However, we did run into a few inconveniences. There were no bin liners, no soap, and no tissue roll provided. Because the property is quite remote, it made it difficult for us to follow the check-out rules properly, and the lack of toilet paper on the first night was especially challenging.Overall, we loved the house and the location, but having these basic essentials available would have made the stay much smoother

The cottage was in a fabulous location for exploring the local area. The scenery surrounding us was stunning and the cottage in a peaceful location. The local pub and shop(which sells everything you could ever wish for) was ideally located and superb. Inside the cottage was lovely and cosy and we felt at home immediately. The facilities were great too - especially the hot tub! We had an amazing stay and would definitely go back!

The house is not too far from town, very close to the train station and there was plenty of paid parking options outside (£10-£15 a night). The house itself gave us everything we needed, double beds in each room with en-suites, but it’s clear this house is a rental as there were clear signs of damage and poor workmanship throughout (i.e. patching up repairs), but if you can overlook those fairly minor things it’s decent. We had some confusion / frustration when we were asked if it was ok for someone to come in and complete maintenance work during our stay which felt odd especially as no compensation was given or much of an apology, we had also previously (about a week prior) asked to get a late checkout but they never responded to our message about that until the morning of checkout when I chased again after they messaged us about the maintenance. Overall it was good but could do with a proper lick of paint and a few extras added (e.g. no shelves in bathroom and tiny sinks).

Good base for a group of mates going to Uttoxeter races. Plenty of room though furniture a little sparse. ☺ Very spacious and plenty of bathrooms. ☹ Cold on arrival and not sure what the timing settings were as we needed to use the boost a few times, it is November… The WiFi code we were sent was incorrect so we had to find it from the router, beds a little firm.
