The Michael Edlen Team is unquestionably the very best for Pacific Palisades and especially the Marquez Knolls area. We've been reading his insightful articles in the Palisades Post for decades, including his deep knowledge of Marquez Knolls, including Mr. Lachman's development approach, the CC&Rs, and even trivia such as the origin of the street names. We lost our home of 51 years to the Palisades fire and regretfully decided to sell our burned lot on Lachman Lane. His team compassionately understood our situation and kindly guided us (inexperienced) through the whole process, from listing price, language and photos, navigation of offers, trust issues, easement issues, etc. We received our first and best offer in less than 24 hours and escrow closed in only 15 days! Their team was so efficient in working with the title company quickly. Tati being an attorney was especially valuable. They are so professional, trustworthy, and such good communicators. They were splendid in crafting a successful sale for all. You will never ever regret engaging their team.

My husband and I met Michael Edlen 30 years ago when we briefly considered selling our home in the Huntington Palisades. In the interim I often contacted Michael for referrals to plumbers, electricians, engineers, etc. I read his careful analyses of the Palisades real estate market. Despite knowing we weren't moving anytime soon, Michael always promptly responded with referrals and answered countless questions about sales in the Huntington. He stayed in touch. Long ago I knew Michael and his team would be the ones to handle a sale when the time came. Fast forward to 2025 and our home of 51 years was destroyed by the Palisades Fire. This was to have been our age in place home for another 10 years. Once I believed that the best course was to sell our property, I contacted Michael. We had many lengthy conversations about the sale process while I worked through any doubts and accepted it was time to list. Michael didn't try to hasten my process, which I appreciated. Michael, Christina, Tati and all their supporting staff exceeded my expectations. From the listing agreement to pricing to receiving and responding to multiple offers to escrow, they carefully explained the process and quickly handled a few unexpected issues. They were sensitive to how devastating this loss was for us and were never pushy. We appreciated their professionalism, skill and attentiveness. Thanks to them we quickly achieved an excellent sale and closed escrow in 10 days. I have purchased several homes in the past and Nancy is by far the best broker I have ever worked with when searching for a house, engaging in the offer process, and even helping out post closing. She has tremendous knowledge about the local real estate market and overall trends. Nancy also provided us with several contacts that made the process easier and more efficient. Just her contact list and great knowledge enables her to add significant value to the process from the perspective of a buyer and, I'm sure, a seller. I have to praise the real-estate team at Michael Edlen’s. Michael, Tatiana, and Christina handled a rather difficult sale with expertise and caring. Just as we listed the townhouse in Pacific Palisades, about six other listings went on! It was a townhouse that we had rented out so there were things to be corrected that we were not aware of. The team had the people to take care of everything and they were very professional and took care of any problems that cropped up. I had never sold.a house before so I depended on them for everything and my trust was well placed. I am not planning on selling a house for awhile, but at least I know who to call when I do.
