Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a tow company . Chris was super friendly and genuine and wanted to help. His father came out and was quick, professional , and super friendly . On what felt like one of the worst days , these guys gave us the BEST service . There’s no one else I can recommend more when you’re stuck and having a hard day. These guys go above and beyond because they’re HUMAN and want to help you. Can’t express just how grateful we are for you guys
I cannot put it in word how grateful I am for Lupe and his son from Eddys towing: Broken down on the side of the road for 5 hours no one came to help us, until we got ahold of them. Oh my goodness they came to our rescue. They communicated with us so quickly and got us off the side of the road in no time. Lupe was incredibly kind and went the extra mile to make sure we were okay . If you have any towing needs, this company is the only one to go with. 1000/10 would always recommend
I can see why Eddy's Towing has nothing but 5 ☆ ratings. The contractor that I work for had one of my coworker's truck 🚚 break down in mertzon and I had to take him another truck and wait on a tow and we used Eddy's and I tell you what the tow truck driver Bryan was out there really really quick and just like the their business card says fast and reliable that they are. I got to ride back to town with Bryan and from listening to him this family own business comes from humble beginnings and hard-working men. I could tell that Bryan is a good man and I'm sure that the rest of the family is too and you can't go wrong with a towing company like there's. I know that if I ever need a tow there the one that I will be using and people y'all should too so 🤷 give them a call if you need a haul you'll be happy you did. Thank you Eddy's for the great service.

I will always highly recommend Eddy’s Towing to anyone that needs towing services. Their customer service is top notch!!! From the friendly customer service over the phone in scheduling to the driver that picked up my vehicle in a timely manner. They were both so professional and courteous!

The guys here are great, super helpful, careful, informative, communicative, and quick. I called them on a whim and they were with me about 20 minutes later and they didn't even charge me much for the convenience. They put up with all my questions and concerns very well. Excellent service, highly recommended. 11/10 best in San Angelo

Got stranded outside of town, and our insurance contracted Eddy's Towing to come out and help. Mr. Lupe drove out 18miles to my location, and got everything working to get my car towed. Everything stopped working at mid driving so we couldn't put it in neutral but he figured it out and made the whole process easier. 5 stars worth.

I used Eddie's towing twice could not get them to mail/email a receipt for reimbursement from my insurance. They had no problem taking my money I'm not even sure why the driver could not give a receipts. It's unfortunate I liked them enough to try it twice.with 5 min of me posting Johnathan called and completely offed to fix it and make it right

I seriously cannot thank Eddy’s Towing enough!! I was out trying to secure a stray dog, and I completely misjudged the curb (stupid move on my part with thinking I could drive into this field in the first place, I know!!)! I contacted Eddy’s Towing and my embarrassment was eased by the empathy from their team— I was asked to send some photos of where my car was stuck, and within minutes I was given an estimate of both price and time until the truck could reach me. I was quoted about an hour, but the truck arrived in about half that time!! The person who helped me was so incredibly sweet and professional— he assured me that this happens quite frequently around town with the high curbs, and he had my car out (without any scratches!!) within about 10 minutes!! THANK YOU SO MUCH for everything!!
